  63. codes do not always agree with the top level DNS (Domain Name)
  64. code(s) used for a particular entity.

  66. Network connections have been reported but not confirmed to
  67. Bangladesh, Jordan, and Mongolia and so are omitted from the
  68. table.  Activity is underway to connect Lebanon, Guyana, and
  69. St. Vincent and the Grenadines but no definitive information
  70. has been received. Haiti has an email link but it does not fit
  71. into any of the categories of the table.
